The EA3-II intelligent integrated electric leakage protector is a creative product which has the combined functions of a leakage relay,AC contactor and an air circuit breaker and is developed and designed in accordance with characteristics of the low voltage electric grid in Chinese rural districts.The product integrates functions such as over loading,short circuit, breakage of zero line, phase lack, over votage, under voltage ,electric shock and automatic racksing etc. and completely adopts the large scale integration circuit intelligent digital control, thus all operating values are stable,reliable and correct.One intelligent integrated product can almost replace a distribution board.Characteristics of the creative product Not only all its technical indictors meet the National Standard, the product is additionally provided with a microprogramming recognition system, which can recognize signals indicating all kinds of leakages of protected wires and wave forms generated due to the electric shock of men or manmals furthermore,the product designs two control channels of a leakage control channer and an electric shock control channels of leakage control channel and an electric shock control channel, between which, the rated operation value of the leakage control channel is 300,500 or 1000mA(which can be differently set according to wire conditions).The men or mammals will not be affected by the strength of the electric leakage of a wire while getting electric shocks in general, when the rated operation value of the leakage control channel is lower than 50mA ,the trip protection of the product is made; therefore the product guarantees the safe use of electricity as well as the reliable power supply.A main section breaker embedded in the product is of the magnet attracting type, so that it is free from mechanical damage the breaking action can be made by more than 100,000 times, furthermore,the switch contacts are made of chromic oxide, with the silver content reaching 85%. The product is capable of displaying values in real time operation such as the load current ,the leakage current and the supply voltage, etc.After the fault trip,tripping values tripping reasons and phases can be stored.Moreover, the product has two models, a Chinese display and a digital dispaly.The break time and the leakage operating value are adjustable, the operating platform area is in the general protection or secondary protection, therefore the phenomena of override tripping and simutanecus tripping will not happen.The load current value which is adjustable can be set based on the capacity of a transformer in the platform area,so that the transformer will not be burnt due to overloading operation. The product's wire possesses of the function of leakage tripping due to the iterative earthing, which reminds technicians to do the troubleshooting, because of the operating effectiveness of the fault leakage protector the wire loss of the platform area will not increased due to the setting of the leakage operating value on the 1,000mA position. As for the short-time leakage or suddenly increasing leakage the reliable power supply can still be guaranteed as long as the leakage value doesn't exceed the set operating value(Such as the leakage of equipments such as submersible pump etc.the leakage due to leaves touching wires)
The product uses intelligent control technologies and realizes the networked management and the remote mentoring; moreover,the product can also send fault tripping signals to a mobile phone of the technician on duty as required by a customer.
The integration electric protector is equipped with double control channels of a leakage control channel and an electric shock control channel.
